Since founding M. Allen in May 2020, I have successfully led the company's growth by securing dozens of innovative global clients. My services have been focused on strategies for growth, go-to-market initiatives, sales operations, marketing, and business development. Through these efforts, i have developed a robust economic and opportunity pipeline for our clients valued at over $200 million.
Additionally, I established a strong sales infrastructure that has resulted in over $200 million in potential deal opportunities for new clients. My CRO leadership led to the closure of 207 deals, comprising 33% of the annual revenue in the mortgage and financial services sector, which significantly surpassed growth projections for a fintech/services company.
Furthermore, during my tenure as a consultant and Senior Vice President with Sourcepoint from October 2021 to January 2023, I was instrumental in the development of a sales pipeline that generated over $48 million in annual revenue.

Strategic Visionary: While at SAXON, a Morgan Stanley company in Dallas. My strategic expertise became evident when I was recruited in 2011 to lead the development of a consulting branch. As Division Head and Senior VP, my vision translated into defining detailed business and operating plans which projected over $2 million in revenue within the first quarter itself.
Client-Centric Approach: At REDC Default Solutions & Red Crown Realty (now known as TenX and Auction.com), I led the strategic planning for new start-ups as COO and SVP. my strategic acumen expanded Red Crown's client base exponentially, resulting in a staggering 2,000% profit increase and securing more than 3,000 assets worth $450 million from third party clients/loan servicing organizations across the United States.
Efficiency Expert: During my tenure at EMC Mortgage, a JP Morgan subsidiary, demonstrated my prowess in operations leadership. Here, I crafted an analytical framework that expedited portfolio liquidation timelines, mitigating potential future losses worth $100 million.
Data-Driven Leadership: At Countrywide, i consolidated 500 queues and introduced workforce management strategies that drove unprecedented efficiency improvements. My ability to leverage data-driven decision-making allows organizations to enhance performance and achieve tangible results.
Empowering Leader: While at Option One Mortgage, an H&R Block subsidiary. I led a vast team across global locations, directing loss mitigation efforts that yielded a $68.4 million improvement in mitigated losses and dominated foreclosure cure ratios consecutively for six months.
